This all-day, intensive, one-week camp looks at the whole game of volleyball. At the end of this fun-filled week you will have improved, learned and achieved success in all areas of the game. The morning session focuses on strength training, individual skills, and footwork. The afternoon session develops team offense and defense, transitioning and team scrimmages, culminating in a camp tournament.
The camp is split into age and skill level groups with a 10 to 1 player to coach ratio. Age ranges include students entering Grades 4 to 12. Camp extras include video tape analysis, nutritional talks, jump training, doubles play/strategy, player etiquette, and college recruitment.
The camp will run at Atlanta International School’s gymnasiums and we provide snacks, lunch and a camp T-shirt. Sign-up is limited so act now to reserve your space.
